When you add balance to movement, the body is forced to use more of its internal systems to counter balance and produce energy for movement. Unfortunately, most newbies get discouraged quickly and quit because they find it very difficult to balance the play ball longer than 5 seconds without dropping it. That's why we recommend starting with a Personal 1 on 1 Training session.
Your 1st BNM Session:
In your 1st BNM session you will learn the basics of how to balance the Play Ball consistently without repeatedly dropping it, how to challenge yourself by using additional gym equipment, and you'll receive a personalized recommendation on which BNM activities will be right for you for your next session(s).
After 5-10 sessions with me or self-practice sessions on your own, you'll start to feel and see results like never before.
